Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important way for universities to cultivate quality talents to meet the needs of industry and social development, as well as a major element to promote collaborative innovation and new type of industry-education integration among different subjects and regions. In this paper, we analyse the CSSCI literature published by domestic scholars in this field in terms of development stages, publication trends, author and research team strength, research frontiers and trends with the help of Scientific Knowledge Mapping (SKM) software. The results found that, firstly, research in this field has roughly gone through four stages: the nascent period, the rapid growth period, the explosion period and the decline period. Since 2015, a series of policy guidance documents issued by the state have played an obvious role in promoting domestic research in this field; secondly, domestic research in this field has formed a relatively influential research team, with the main positions concentrated in university education research institutions, especially the quantity and quality of literature published by teacher-training universities being in the forefront. In the sample data, 2053 scholars are involved in research in this field, but overall no relatively concentrated cooperative network relationship has been formed, and there is still more room for improving research and cooperation in this field; finally, through keyword co-occurrence network, keyword emergence and cluster analysis mapping, it is concluded that research on ecosystem, collaborative innovation and innovation-driven are the research hot spots in this field. Subject terms such as collaborative education, rooted theory and new engineering have become the frontiers of current research in innovation and entrepreneurship education.

Abstract: The modernization of agriculture and rural areas is of great practical and historical significance for the realization of the "two centenary" goals. So on the new journey of agricultural and rural modernization, at present, the inadequacy of rural development is an important short board. In order to better realize the modernization of rural agriculture, the 19th CPC National Congress put forward the major strategic goal of rural revitalization. "Talent is the key to rural revitalization." Village cadres are the promoters, organizers and practitioners of rural revitalization. Then their quality is directly related to the image of the Party in the eyes of the people, related to the purpose of the Party in the people's practical embodiment. Based on the methods of literature, empirical research, the key analysis of rural revitalization of the horizon, village cadres should have the quality, to quality of village cadres in the new period the prevalence of common problems as the breakthrough point, mainly by insisting on the party cadres and broaden the selection of channels, strengthen the education and training, pay attention to practice and improve the institutional constraints, strengthen incentive evaluation and optimization strategy, We will improve the quality of village officials from the perspective of rural revitalization. Therefore, by analyzing the common problems of the village cadre quality in the new period and combining with the actual situation of the village cadre quality in the new period, this paper puts forward some constructive suggestions on the optimization of the village cadre quality.

Abstract: With the rapid development of artificial intelligence and the social demand for new talents, artificial intelligence literacy has gradually become the core theme in the new era. Strengthening artificial intelligence literacy is one of the key measures to realize the dream of a powerful higher education. Based on the systematic review of domestic and foreign research on artificial intelligence literacy, this study aims at college students and summarizes the connotation of artificial intelligence literacy from three aspects: the development origin of intelligent literacy, talent training objectives, and training process. By comparing and analyzing the existing framework and summarizing the core elements, an artificial intelligence literacy framework for college students was constructed from four dimensions: intelligent responsibility, intelligent knowledge and skills, higher-order thinking in the intelligent era, and human-machine hybrid collaborative innovation, and the specific requirements of each dimension were clarified. Finally, the paper discusses the cultivation path of intelligent educational literacy, and believes that the intelligent literacy of teachers can be improved by deeply integrating artificial intelligence literacy into professional courses and carrying out school-enterprise cooperation, so as to provide a guarantee for the development of students' literacy in higher education and promote the effective implementation of the cultivation of intelligent educational literacy.

Abstract: This article is about the impact of emotional leadership on employee innovation performance. Emotional leadership is a major contributor to employee innovation performance. However it is much neglected in the research and plannig activities of employee innovation performance. The thesis makes an attempt to build a theoretical research models between emotional leadership, psychological capital, employee tradition and employee innovation performance. Based on the theory of social exchange and the theory of social information processing, this paper uses 444“employee-leader”data as a survey sample to explore and verify the logical relationship between emotional leadership, psychological capital, employee tradition and employee innovation performance by using hierarchical regression analysis. It is found that emotional leadeship can positively predict the employee innovation performance. It can have a positive impact on the employee innovation performance through the mediating role of psychological capital and the moderating role of emplyee tradition. In addition to positively regulating the direct impact of emotional leadership on employee innovation performance, employee tradition can also positively regulate the intermediary effect of employees' psychological capital in the process of emotional leadership's role in their innovation performance. The outcome of this research is to provide a new perspective for Chinese enterprises to improve the epmloyee innovation performance.

Abstract: "Curriculum ideology and political education" is the mail Chanel for colleges and universities to implement the requirements of cultivating students’morality and talents. As one of the compulsory courses of tertiary education, college English course plays an important role to carry out ideological and political education. The Guidelines for College English Teaching (2020 edition) has clearly put forward the task of ideological and political construction in college English courses. Therefore, it is imperative to reform college English curriculum under the background of ideological and political curriculum. This paper, taking reform carried out by the College English Teaching team of Beijing Institute of Printing as an example, discusses the reform strategy of college English teaching under the background of ideological and political teaching in the new era. The college English teaching team in BIGC take provocative reforms. They update teaching curriculum, enhance teachers’comprehensive ability through constant training, integrate Ideological and Political Education into College English Teaching effectively, create new cultivating mode with the support of internet, and make reforms on the way of evaluation. All these measures help to benefit the overall teaching and learning. Hopefully, the reform taken by BIGC will shed the light on the field of College English teaching under the background of ideological and political Education.

Abstract: In recent years, with the rise of research travel and the promotion of relevant national policies and administrative forces, the construction of research bases has been constantly promoted. The research on the spatial pattern of the research and study travel base is conducive to promoting the construction of the research and study travel base to serve the research and study travel more pertinently, and provides scientific support for the planning of the research and study travel route of primary and secondary schools, the location, layout and development of the research and study travel base, which is of practical significance for promoting the development of the research and study travel cause in China. Select the 119 primary and secondary school student research travel base announced by the Changsha Municipal Education Bureau as the research object, and use the ARCGIS visualization to analyze its spatial pattern characteristics. On this basis, the distribution model and agglomeration characteristics of transients and primary and secondary school students in Changsha are further discussed from the perspective of the spatial sector of the academic travel base in Changsha City. The analysis results show that: (1) The space distribution of the research travel base in Changsha City is unbalanced, and the whole manifestation is integrated, mainly distributed in the core urban area, with "ring city" "close-up" distribution characteristics; (2) from different research Type of travel base, its spatial distribution is different; (3) From different types of research travel base balance and agglomeration, the revolutionary patriotic research travel base distribution is the most balanced, and the national education research travel base is the most concentrated, other types The research travel base has different degrees of agglomeration.
